Every Wednesday, SMART is conducting outreach for the Vaccine Equity Partnership Engagement project (VEPE) in front of the East Harlem Neighborhood Health Action Center where we provide community residents with factual information about COVID and the COVID vaccine. We are also distributing masks and other PPE.
