SMART Steps
SMART Steps is a fun, communal way to further SMART’s commitment to physical and mental health. Our in-person walking group provides participants with a weekly opportunity to exercise and socialize in an outdoor setting, addressing issues of loneliness and isolation as well as fostering physical activity.
We meet each Wednesday from 10-11am at the Thomas Jefferson Park Walking Track (113th Street & First Avenue). All walking is self-paced. Join us!
