Every Thursday, SMART is conducting outreach for the Vaccine Equity Partnership Engagement project (VEPE) in front of the East Harlem Neighborhood Health Action Center and also in front of King Towers in Central Harlem. We are providing community residents with factual information about COVID and the COVID vaccine, as well as distributing masks and other PPE.
